Abstract
Teller is a bank officer who works on the front line of the Banking Hall and conduct direct transactions with customers in the form of cash / non transactions cash and opening in the bank system. Teller works provide services to customers or prospective customers at the bank serves cash and withdrawal activities, as well as book keeping or non-cash deposits (rupiah and foreign exchange). Queue is an event commonly found in everyday life. Intelektual service sector, for some people queuing is boring and as a result of being too long in line, it will cause customers to run away. This matter is a loss for the organization. To retain customers, an organization always strives to provide the best service.
