Abstract
Banking financial institutions are increasingly in creating svings products which in their use aim to make it easier for the public to obtain services from banks. Now banks are running a smart service program initiated by Financial Service Authority. The program of smart service at providing banking service outside the office. Now there is no need to bother coming to the bank with long queues. Because customers can make deposit and cash withdrawals, check balance, transfer to other banks/ send money orders and even loans anywhere with agents who have access to clever service spread in various regions even in areas far from the reach of bank offices. The purpose of this discussion is to find out the implementation of a smart service program on BTPN Wow! at BTPN bank. This research is supported by net income data which has continued to increase since the emergence of BTPN Wow! savings products. BTPN began digital transformation from three years ago, namely from 2016 where that year BTPN Wow! launched. So digital transformation has a good influence on profits so the Bank needs to continue to develop digital savings products in the future.
