Abstract
Service is an effort to serve or meet the needs of others. Proactive is an initiative in taking appropriate actions to meet consumer expectations, both internal and external consumers with the main goal of moving forward and future oriented. Digitalization is the use of information technology in an effort to provide efficiency both in terms of time to cost. The purpose of this discussion is to find out proactive and digitalization service procedures, as well as obstacles and solutions in the implementation of proactive and digitalization services. The author research was at PT. Taspen (Persero) Bogor Branch Padjajaran Street No. 17A, Bantarjati, North Bogor, Bogor City. The results of the discussion show that proactive adn digitalitazion service procedures required several requirements attached, and the media used. Pension fund program services can be carried out more easily and efficiently with this proactive and digitalization service. There are several obstacles in the implementation and can be solved with the right solution.
