Abstract
Water is one of the national resources, and is a basic requirement for all members of society. Development of water supply systems is the responsibility of the government and local authorities, as organized in the framework of the public welfare by ensuring the basic needs of drinking water standards for people whom qualify the quality, quantity and continuity. the need for clean water continues to increase, in addition to other major needs. Service is one of the answers in the face of today's era where service is an absolute requirement in any business enterprise, both private and government. Customer satisfaction will be met if the company formulate a better service defines specific services and optimize the service, so the company can evaluate which satisfy the needs and satisfy the desire of consumers so that companies know what consumers want and what kind of steps that must be done in order to achieve appropriate consumer desires that he hoped that the expectations of consumers. The purpose of this study was to determine how the services provided by PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Bogor regency and any obstacles encountered PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Bogor District then provide input to the PDAM Tirta Kahuripan Bogor regency.
