Abstract
Sales plays an important role in a company because it involves the process of the company's operations. In the execution of the sale, there is no doubt we face obstacles in the form of small pebbles or stones in the form of a large. The complexity of the process of selling a company will require good internal control, especially in sales activity in order to run an effective sales process. The author conducted research at PT. Astra International Tbk. Toyota AUTO2000 Bogor Branch is a company engaged in the sales, maintenance, and repair of Toyota brand vehicles located at Jalan Siliwangi No. 76 Bogor. AUTO2000 Bogor is a company engaged in the trade, especially in the automotive and has three functional divisions, namely Bogor in AUTO2000 Sales Units, Sales of spare part Indirect and direct, and sales maintenance services. AUTO2000 Bogor branch has a sales branch that has an effective system of accounting information to maximize the sales process. The process of selling procedures on very specific Bogor AUTO2000 starts from ordering, payment to delivery to the customer unit. In the sales process AUTO2000 design systems such that each execution of the sale may be in accordance with applicable regulations. Keyword: prosess sales, sales procedures
